We will build a crate with wood frame and band it onto a double length wood pallet. We pad and wrap vulnerable parts with rubber sheets and cushions, then box the whole unit with cardboards. Finally, we wrap the crate with films.
Ship with one of the most competitive freight carriers with lift gate service. Before delivering the shipment to you, the freight company will call you and schedule a delivery window time.
When the delivery comes, you will check your shipment and make sure no surface damage and broken pieces sight. If you find any damage during the delivery exam, you must take pictures of the damaged part(s) as well as the damaged packagings.
Sign the delivery paperwork: Note. please ask the driver to mark damages on the paperwork and have him/her to sign the note, then you sign the paperwork. Then notify Animal Sports by email only with the copies of pictures and delivery paperwork.
Any physical damage during the shipping will be covered by transportation insurance, which we contract purchased for you. You can deal damage claim directly with the carrier.
