(1) customer name;

(4) carriage or cart model number you need to order;
(5) colors of carriage (if it is a choice);

PAYMENT

A 50% down payment must be made when a custom order is placed. Balance is to be paid prior to shipping. You have 24 hours to cancel without any penalties. Because each order is custom made, 20% will be deducted from your down payment if the order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing your order. We accept Visa/MC, checks, money orders, or wire transfers. The name Animal Sports will be the name on your credit card statement. Purchases and orders from international buyers, payments must be made with wire transfer as we cannot accept any overseas credit card payments. Thanks!

We understand that all customers like to get great deals. We try our best to bring the best deal to customers. From time to time Champion Carriage may offer some promotions. These promotions may include direct discount, coupon discount, shipping allowance, off season sales, over stock sales, floor model close out and used models on sale. SHIPPING 
For products currently in stock, we will ship your order within 1 week. Sometimes we need longer time to ship custom orders, it might take up to 3 months if certain parts are out of stock. For Canadian orders, please expect an estimated delivery time of 2-3 weeks. Orders that are shipped to Canada require a shipping surcharge of $35.00 for  brokerage fee per order. We can ship anywhere in the world. Once you place your order, we will get quotes from several major international shipping carriers for you. In most of case shipment is carried on a pallet or crate and moved by a truck shipping service company.

We will build a special pallet/crate to frame each order securely. If ship to address is a residential home, customer can require home delivery lift gate service which the trucking company will unload pallet with their lift gate equipment. Additional fee may be involved in order lift gate service.   


WARRANTY 

We provide a 6 month warranty on parts and one year warranty on the structure of the manufacture's original defectives.  The warranty does not cover the following subjects including paint deterioration/chipping, rusting, deteriorations/damages on upholstery , the worn out of the parts, the damages from reckless driving, abuse misuse,  accidents (competition or miss-handling) , the punctuations on wheels/tires and and any damages caused intentionally.  The warranty also does not cover any repairing and labor costs.


RETURNS 

If you find that you need to return or exchange any item, please call oemail us within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise to discuss your concern. Due to the nature of the product, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges. Therefore, we ask that you work with us to find ways to avoid returns by exchanging damaged parts. If a return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization #. You will need to put this number on your return in order for it to be processed properly. Your exchange will be shipped upon receipt of your returned item unless other arrangements are made in advance. In the event of a refund, if you paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. If you made your payments in a form other than a credit card, then your refund will be in the form of a check. All merchandise returned must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds or exchanges MUST be made within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply and only store credit will be issued. Please include a copy of your invoice in the box. Shipping charges are not refundable.

RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER 

When you receive your shipment, all boxes must be inspected for damage upon arrival and damages (if any) reported to the shipping carrier and Animal Sports International, LLC DBA Champion Carriage immediately. Email championcarraige@att.net, attach photos of damages and provide bill or order number, or though CONTACT US. All damages must be recorded with digital photos.  Animal Sports International, LLC cannot be held liable for damages caused by shipping. This is the responsibility of the carrier and the customer to inspect and report damages upon arrival. We take extreme care in packing and boxing as well as intensive inspections before shipping an order out.  Unfortunately, damages can occur during shipping and are beyond our control. We will do our best to assist our customers in working with the shipping carriers. If you have any problem in settling a claim please contact us so we can assist you.
